  • Client completes and signs vehicle sale agreement
  • Client pays instruction fee
  • We arrange valeting
  • We arrange photographer
  • If necessary we carry out a vehicle appraisal
  • If necessary we place advert in many top end magazines and websites for a pre-agreed period.
  • We handle all enquiries carefully selecting genuine enquires before arranging viewings
  • We vet and credit check potential buyers to ensure they are genuine and in the position to buy
  • We arrange vehicle viewings
  • We negotiate with buyer on behalf of the seller
  • We agree a satisfactory sale price
  • We invoice seller for Final completion fee
  • We invoice the buyer for the deposit with funds paid direct to the seller
  • We invoice the buyer for the balance with funds paid direct to the seller
  • We organise the vehicle collection and transfer of ownership title
  • We provide the buyer with a receipt with a copy to seller
